Job Description: Global Product Manager TME, Consulting & LA
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to drive our Transaction Management, Consulting & Lease Administration technology initiatives from our Bangalore office. This role is crucial in delivering technological solutions that support and enhance our global transaction management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transactions management, consulting, and lease administration, combined with strong technical skills and product management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for Transaction Management solutions, Consulting & Lease Administration services aligning with global business objectives and market demands
- Drive product lifecycle management from conception to launch, including feature definition, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful product development and deployment
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantage
- Proven ability to frame up strategic business cases with comprehensive financial analysis, risk assessment, and ROI justification
- Strong experience in process and business transformation analysis with track record of successful organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in AI transformation use cases including identification, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions
- Drive exploration of emerging AI technologies including generative AI, natural language processing for lease document analysis, and computer vision for property assessment
- Exceptional Excel expertise including advanced financial modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation capabilities
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate complex strategic concepts
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for CoStar platform integration and optimization within transaction management workflows
- Lead complex CoStar data migration projects ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition processes
- Develop and execute migration strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to CoStar-integrated solutions
Technical Leadership:
- Leverage expertise in SQL, Java, and Python to guide technical product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Apply data science methodologies to drive product insights and optimize user experiences
- Ensure seamless integration of transaction management solutions with existing JLL technology platforms
- Oversee complex technical implementations and system integrations
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and global stakeholders
- Demonstrate exceptional global stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures, time zones, and organizational levels
- Create compelling presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to communicate product value and business impact
- Lead product evangelism efforts across internal teams and external industry events
Process & Business Transformation:
- Lead comprehensive process and business transformation analysis across lease administration workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and design optimized processes that leverage technology and automation
- Develop transformation strategies that improve accuracy, reduce processing time, and enhance customer experience
- Implement change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
Complex Business Process Management:
- Manage intricate lease administration processes involving multiple approval chains, legal reviews, and compliance checkpoints
- Design solutions for complex lease lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Handle multi-jurisdictional lease requirements and varying regulatory compliance across different markets
- Optimize complex workflows involving lease abstraction, critical date management, and financial reporting
Performance & Analytics:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for transaction management products
- Utilize advanced data analysis capabilities to inform product decisions and measure success
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage product budgets aligned with strategic objectives
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in transaction management or related real estate technology
- Deep expertise in Transaction Management processes and systems
- Strong background in Consulting methodologies and client engagement
- Extensive experience with Lease Administration systems and processes
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and Python programming languages
- Advanced Data Science skills with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Exceptional Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling
- Expert-level PowerPoint presentation skills with ability to create compelling executive-level presentations
- Strong programme management skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Proven product management expertise with successful track record of product launches
Preferred:
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry
- Knowledge of Real Estate technology ecosystem and platforms
- International product management experience
- Certifications in product management or relevant technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product development frameworks
