What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our Sitecorepowered websiteand content/asset management.
• Manage development activitiesin a changing and agileenvironmentincluding creating requirements for new features,maintainingsecurityand managing risk,establishingand communicatingpriorities,performingUAT,andsigning off onreleases.
• Gather and document requirements fromend users,stakeholders,and product teams.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Support workflow optimization and process improvements.
• Assistwith testing, validation, and issue tracking across platforms.

Sitecoresuiteplatform stewardship

• Overseewebsitecontent updates,componentsetup, and webpage lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot login/content issues and coordinate with Sitecore support teams.
• Ensure adherence torisk and securityguidelines,manage dependenciesforplatform and custom applications,and trackand manage changes to platform and downstream implications.
• Adjust DAM set-up to meettheneeds ofAskBCGprojectby managingexternal vendor deliverables andregularcollaboration withproduct, UX,andcontent managementstakeholders.
• Createprocessesaroundnewlyestablishedand expandingDAM operations including userand power usermanagement,newand changingcontent asset requirements,workflowcreation,andnewupload templates.
• ReviewDAMasset workflow approvals for meta data quality.

People leadership

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor5-8interns define learning plans andmanage projects and deliverables.
• Delegate wellscoped tasks (content ops, QA, basic analysis) and provide structured feedback.
• Build a supportive learning environment and progress interns toward productionreadyor stakeholder-facingcontributions.

What You'll Bring

• 8+yearsof experience in content management, business analysis, or digital platforms, preferably in an agile environment.
• Practical Sitecore experience (XMC/XP or Content Hub) in aBA capacityunderstandingofadmin activities,authoring experience,andworkflows.
• Exposure to DAM systems and best practices (e.g., Sitecore Content Hub, Widen)includingmanagement oftaxonomyandmetadata,roles and permissions,andapprovalworkflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor or manage internsand junior team memberswithexceptionalcoaching andmentorshipskills.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationwith good attention to detail, routinedocumentation,andwell-practicedmeeting facilitation.
