In our journey to power end-to-end user experiences, our Digital organizations are moving away function-led service delivery to experience-led, platform-enabled capabilities that are scalable, intelligent, and continuously improving. This means:
. Creating seamless user journeys across functions, geographies, and tools
. Designing services as digital products, with clear ownership, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
. Leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to augment human expertise and unlock productivity
. Building interoperable, API-enabled platforms that reduce fragmentation and technical debt
. Shifting from reactive service provision to proactive, data-driven orchestration
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping to define, build and implement Digital Product use cases and roadmap.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
. Determine business requirements to shape the product journey and user experience
. Serve as a Liaison between the business partners and the Product squad to ensure that key business objectives are met
. Working with key senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
. Defining the form, content, and capabilities provided for assigned products and solutions
. Identify key changes and impacts to our existing reporting capabilities and products
. Understanding multiple data sources and putting together practical and viable models for the analytics reports being prepared
. Developing comprehensive implementation plans along with delivering the output as defined in the project's goals and objectives
. Assessing the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the Product capabilities, current and upcoming. Generating solution options and, with the use of an agreed set of design principles, selecting the preferred option to move forward
. Acting as a functional subject matter expert for partnering to troubleshoot data issues, redesign processes and develop reports
. Developing training materials and delivering trainings to end-users
. Curating backlog of requested enhancements
. Develop and track technical roadmap for feature enhancement
What You'll Bring
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Product Management or Economics. Advanced degree preferred, but not required
. 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Products, analytics or equivalent field less experience considered for exceptional performers, data visualization experience a plus
. End-to-end product management experience owning roadmap, discovery, delivery, and measurable outcomes for digital or technology-enabled products.
. Strong technical fluency, with experience in system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics, and collaboration with engineering teams.
. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholders

. Other Product Leaders within BCG, on solutions, workflows, product roadmap, and collaborate on best practices to ensure alignment between squads
. Agile Coaches for guidance on Agile ways of working and to promote agility within your team
. Chapter Leads and Tech Area Leaders for technical solutioning and delivery
