Job Description

Client Servicing & Product Support: Act as a key client contact, providing high-quality servicing, confidently explaining investment products and features, and addressing product, transaction and account-related queries and escalations.
Client Engagement & Business Enablement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements, support Sales and Relationship Management teams, and facilitate seamless onboarding, transactions and ongoing investment servicing.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Service Delivery: Work closely with Investment, Product, Operations, Technology and Compliance teams to resolve client requirements efficiently, monitor service delivery and ensure timely closure of requests.
Service Excellence & Governance: Drive improvements in service processes and client experience, maintain relevant MIS and service metrics, and ensure servicing activities are conducted in line with applicable policies, regulatory and compliance requirements.
