Your role:

  • Oversees RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI activities for functions and business units supported within Quality Enterprise Services, ensuring reliable automation performance and alignment with process improvement objectives.
  • Ensures the timely delivery of essential features and functionalities by contributing to the definition, prioritization, and documentation of software use cases, user stories, and requirements that support product value and customer needs.
  • Collaborates closely with IT partners, project managers, and cross-functional teams to establish clear program objectives, support sprint planning, define project milestones, and manage enhancements within the application change and improvement backlog.
  • Contributes to improvement initiatives and implements change within the domain, applying creativity, lean principles, and sound judgment to resolve diverse and complex challenges effectively.
  • Analyzes quality data for reports, validation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives troubleshoots departmental issues escalates concerns to management as needed and may generate metrics and reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Executes the organization's comprehensive quality assurance and compliance policies, fosters internal quality awareness, and deploys processes and tools that drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.

1. Experience- 6+years of industry experience prefer in MedTech industry
2. Skills- Data Analysis, Power BI, using AI tools like Philips AI, Copilot, Chat-GPT. I have experience or Strong knowledge in Quality domain specifically looking for ISO standard like 13485 or Risk management.
3. Education- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
