Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to manage and support payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with international payroll regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Coordinate with local payroll vendors and internal HR teams to ensure accurate payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audits.
- Manage employee payroll data, deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and external vendors for payroll operations.
- Support process improvements and payroll system enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance.
- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle Payroll.
- Understanding of tax regulations, statutory deductions, and international payroll policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience working with global payroll vendors and shared service environments.
- Payroll certifications such as CPP or equivalent are a plus.
