Global Payroll Associate

Opening as part of Tech Mahindra Global Payroll team based Hyderabad

Looking for persons with 5-8 years experience especially into Brazil or Eygpt payroll process

•Work Experience as Brazil Payroll Processor /Team Lead

•Good knowledge local tax & social security tax laws

•Good knowledge in 13th month Salary (Christmas Bonus),Vacation Pay holiday allowance.

•Managing end to end Brazil payroll operations, accounting and accruals provisioning

•Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support

•Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, month end, Qtr end reconciliations etc
