Global Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing

• Process multi-state, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees using Workday.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for all transactions, including bonuses, commissions, terminations, and equity-related payments.
• Validate, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Reporting & Auditing

• Generate and review payroll registers, summary reports, and reconciliations for approval.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to audit standards and data retention policies.

Compliance & Data Accuracy

• Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively to maintain payroll data integrity.
• Stay current with evolving payroll tax regulations and ensure accurate implementation within systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, HRIS, Accounting/Finance, Tax, and Equity teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related queries, providing excellent customer service via Workday Help and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the enhancement of payroll processes and documentation.
• Support system testing and upgrades related to Workday payroll configurations.
