Role Purpose: -
Lead and drive global Organizational Development (OD) initiatives that support Sapiens transition to a scalable, cloud-based SaaS operating model. This role owns end-to-end global OD programs and partners closely with business leaders and HR teams across regions to strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and execution in a fast-changing environment.
The role is based in India and operates with a global scope, working across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
What You'll Do: -
Global OD Leadership
- Own and lead global, end-to-end OD programs across leadership development, performance management, talent and succession, career frameworks and leveling, managerial forums, organizational diagnostics, and surveys.
- Translate company strategy and SaaS transformation priorities into clear OD initiatives, leadership capabilities, and behaviours.
- Own the development and implementation of a global talent strategy.
- Ensure high-quality execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of all global OD initiatives.
Consulting, Change & Partnership
- Act as a trusted OD advisor and change partner to global business leaders and HRBPs.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and co-create scalable solutions that balance global consistency with local adaptability.
- Facilitate complex leadership conversations, workshops, offsites, and forums across regions.
Systems Thinking & Impact
- Approach organizational challenges holistically, considering strategy, structure, processes, roles, incentives, and culture.
- Use data, insights, and feedback loops to assess impact and inform decisions.
- Ensure OD efforts are outcome-oriented and drive real behavior change and leadership effectiveness.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay current on OD, leadership, and SaaS organizational trends.
- Experiment with new approaches, including AI-enabled tools and data-driven OD practices.
- Bring pragmatic, forward-looking ideas aligned with Sapiens culture and growth journey.

What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:-
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent, or HRBP roles with strong global OD ownership.
- Proven ability to design, drive, and deliver end-to-end OD and talent initiatives in complex, global environments.
- Strong consulting mindset, including organizational diagnosis, systems thinking, facilitation, and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity, fast-changing environments and drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and assertiveness, with the ability to proactively seek answers and drive solutions.
- Data orientation: ability to use data to diagnose issues, inform decisions, and measure impact.
- Data storytelling capability: translating numbers into clear insights with compelling narratives for senior leaders.
- Practical AI proficiency: experience using AI or digital tools to improve efficiency, insight, or scale in OD, HR, or leadership work.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive-level presentations and working with data.
- Strong written and verbal English.
