Lead the transition from past management to a structured, transparent workflow.

Coordinate daily work between US (client/sales), India (delivery), and Philippines (back-office) teams.

Establish clear SOPs, reporting systems, and communication flow.

Drive collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across time zones.

Act as the bridge between leadership and teams ensuring smooth execution and clarity.

What we're looking for:

MBA with 48 years of experience in operations, process management, or team leadership.

Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage change and lead multi-country teams.

Prior exposure to outsourcing, consulting, or tax/accounting operations preferred.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up and leading through transition. You'll work directly with the firm's leadership and play a key role in shaping our next growth phase.
