  • Role: Global Nursing Specialist (Remote)
  • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
  • Payout: $25 - $40/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Nursing Specialist to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your clinical knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems in the healthcare industry, ensuring that models learn, reason, and perform accurately. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of reliable AI agents, and you will collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high-quality data and relevance for model development. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to the advancement of AI in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance for model development.

• Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development, providing feedback and insights to improve AI-generated outputs.

• Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy, and translating complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.

• Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards, contributing to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how AI models perform, and work with cross-functional teams to integrate clinical expertise into AI model development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in nursing, with the ability to apply expertise to AI training data and model development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality data and model development.

• Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing, and to provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps in patient care representation and accuracy, and to contribute to the development of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards, with the ability to maintain awareness of emerging trends and developments in the field.
