Role Overview:

This role involves applying clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes, shaping how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. As a Nursing Specialist, you will contribute to the development of frontier AI models by providing high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.

• Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.

• Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.

• Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.

• Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.

• Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.
