Role Overview:
We are looking for a Global Mobility Lead to own and scale our international mobility function, ensuring seamless relocation, compliance, and employee experience across geographies. This role goes beyond coordinationit requires building structured processes, driving stakeholder alignment, and enabling mobility as a strategic lever for talent deployment.
You will act as the central point of ownership for global mobility, while also supporting critical HR and talent operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Mobility & Relocation (Core Ownership)
- Lead end-to-end global mobility operations, including international relocations, cross-border hiring, and internal transfers
- Own visa, work permit, and immigration processes across geographies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
- Build and standardize mobility policies, frameworks, and documentation
- Partner with external vendors (immigration, relocation, travel) and drive accountability on timelines and experience
- Act as the primary POC for relocating employees, ensuring a smooth and high-touch transition experience
- Identify process gaps and drive automation and scalability in mobility workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, Finance,Travel Desk and Payroll to ensure smooth execution of mobility and HR processes
- Align mobility strategy with business and expansion plans (especially for Daskalos initiatives)
- Drive clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and employee records across geographies
- Drive reporting and dashboards for mobility, hiring, and HR operations
- Build structured documentation and SOPs for repeatable HR processes
Talent & Recruitment Support
- Oversee interview coordination and candidate experience across hiring pipelines
- Ensure seamless scheduling, communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Support onboarding processes with a focus on experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
- Seamlessly switch between a strategic and operational mindset
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
- Atleast 36 years of experience in building out Global Mobility teams from scratch
- Strong understanding of global mobility, visa processes, and international relocation logistics
- Systems thinking mindset
- MBA in HR Management from a Tier 1 College.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
