About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist to drive brand visibility, engagement, and talent attraction initiatives. The role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, creating compelling content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards
- Manage end-to-end content strategy including social media, blogs, and campaign creatives
- Drive employer branding initiatives through storytelling, employee engagement content, and event marketing
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with HR, design, and leadership teams to align messaging with brand voice
- Manage job board branding (Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor) and improve employer visibility and ratings
- Create content calendars, emailers, and internal communication assets
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, HR, or related field
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is a plus
