What You'll Do

We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented, and proactive team member to join the Global Faculty Center of Expertise (CoE). This role sits at the heart of BCG's learning delivery, ensuring we consistently source, staff, and develop top-tier facilitators across our global learning journeys.

You will play a critical role in building and managing BCG's internal and external faculty pool by driving quality, consistency, and efficiency across programs. This includes owning key processes such as faculty sourcing, staffing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement of faculty performance.

This role requires a self-starter with strong ownership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:

Faculty sourcing, pipeline management and staffing

  • Build and maintain a high-quality, diverse pool of facilitators
  • Maintain and continuously improve the central faculty database (skills, availability, preferences)
  • Own end-to-end staffing of facilitators across learning journeys
  • Match facilitators to sessions based on expertise, experience, availability and learner needs
  • Ensure timely confirmations and minimize cancellations through proactive planning
  • Coordinate and support faculty briefings (materials, logistics, expectations)
  • Ensure facilitators are well-prepared and aligned with learning objectives and BCG context

Process excellence & continuous improvement

  • Contribute to building a data-driven view on faculty quality and utilization
  • Drive standardization and optimization of faculty management processes (sourcing, staffing, feedback)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase speed, quality, and transparency
  • Support implementation of new tools and systems (e.g., TMS, faculty database, analytics dashboards)

Stakeholder management

  • Collaborate with global L&D teams, journey owners, and regional stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships and ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for faculty-related topics


What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 Years of experience working within a fast-paced, challenging organization, preferably in professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proven confidence working in a virtual setting and managing virtual meeting tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Comfortable working in a global environment with virtual contacts and collaborating across different time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with learning management systems and Tableau is a plus.
  • Displays curiosity and creativity to improve ways of working.


Who You'll Work With

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of global programs and learning journeys. As a complex matrix structured organization, you may also work with L&D teams in our local systems across our regions as well as with counterparts and colleagues in the Regional L&D teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
