Role Description

As the Global Key Account Manager, you will oversee and nurture relationships with key international accounts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing business plans, identifying new opportunities, managing customer needs, and providing exceptional account support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with teams across various functions to meet organizational objectives and ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Key Accounts and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Analysis
  • Excellent Customer Service and relationship management abilities
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Aerospace, Defense, or Industrial manufacturing sectors is an advantage
  • Experience handling global OEMs, distributors, or defense/aerospace customers is preferred
