  • Lead architectural governance, design reviews, reference architecture creation, and best practice development.
  • Drive hands-on architecture patterns across compute, storage, networking, DevOps, observability, and reliability engineering.
  • Guide AI/ML and GenAI solution architecture where relevant-designing RAG systems, integrating LLM APIs, ensuring safe and governed AI adoption.
  • Provide architectural leadership on projects involving workflows, data engineering pipelines, digital platforms, and cloud-native application development.
  • Mentor engineers and tech leads, fostering strong engineering practices, automation, secure design, and architectural excellence.
  • Work across global teams to align technological choices with enterprise standards and long-term strategic roadmaps.

  • Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, and operational readiness standards while supporting iterative delivery needs

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 12-15 years of total IT experience, with 6+ years as an architect delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

  • A track record of architecting distributed systems, cloud-native applications, backend services, and integration platforms at scale.

  • Experience in AI/ML or GenAI projects as part of broader solution portfolios, including incorporating LLM APIs, model workflows, or AI-enabled features into enterprise systems.

  • Strong understanding of modern application engineering, cloud patterns, security principles, and DevOps practices.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Python or TypeScript.

  • Expertise in enterprise architecture patterns: microservices, event-driven design, API-first development, message brokers, caching, resiliency patterns.

  • Cloud-native engineering experience (AWS preferred), with hands-on work involving serverless, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and IAM.

  • Understanding of AI/ML and GenAI technologies, including LLM APIs, RAG patterns, vector search, and safe AI integration.

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Stencil) and backend frameworks.

  • Strong grounding in security architecture, OAuth2, IAM, secure coding, OWASP, and compliance requirements.
