What You'll Do

You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it
delivers scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that support business priorities. Working
closely with stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into well-architected
solutions while maintaining platform integrity and performance.

In this role, you will operate as a senior individual contributor, owning end-to-end delivery
across development, integration, and optimization efforts. You will also guide best practices,
contribute to platform governance, and influence how teams build and scale solutions on the
Now Platform.

  • Design and deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise
    standards
  • Develop and enhance complex applications on the Now Platform, including custom
    scoped apps
  • Own end-to-end delivery across development, testing, deployment, and ongoing
    support
  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST APIs and other integration
    patterns
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical designs and implementation
    approaches
  • Drive resolution of complex platform issues, including root cause analysis and long
    term fixes
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and security through continuous
    optimization
  • Contribute to platform governance, coding standards, and development best practices
  • Support upgrade planning, instance management, and release processes including
    CI/CD pipelines


What You'll Bring

  • You bring 7+ years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • You have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and platform
    frameworks
  • You design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on
    performance and reliability
  • You have hands-on experience building integrations using REST APIs and related
    technologies
  • You have hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspaces
  • You have experience with GenAI tools and Integrations
  • You apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and deliver practical,
    sustainable solutions
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive
    alignment
  • You work effectively in Agile environments and contribute to modern development
    practices including CI/CD


Who You'll Work With

You will work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes engineers,
architects, and business stakeholders across functions. You will partner closely with product
owners and platform teams to design and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.

In this role, you will engage with global teams and contribute to a culture of shared
ownership, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery. You will also support and
guide junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practice development.
