Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Insurance Operations Leader to head a large, complex business unit supporting London Market clients. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for service delivery, transformation, client engagement, and P&L management across a large, multi-location team.
As the
Global Insurance Ops Leader P&C, you will lead a team of 350+ professionals, driving operational excellence, transformation initiatives, and client outcomes across P&C Insurance operations. The role demands strong exposure to London Market underwriting, global client management, and the ability to scale teams while delivering consistently high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Insurance Operations with full ownership of delivery, quality, customer experience, and efficiency
- Drive transformation initiatives including process re-engineering, digital enablement, and Gen AI-led improvements
- Build strong client relationships, improve Net Promoter Score, and grow existing accounts
- Own P&L, revenue growth, and operational governance for large global clients
- Anticipate risks, design mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity
- Mentor and develop leadership talent, foster a high-performance and learning culture
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and propose value-driven solutions
Must-Have Experience
- Strong background in P&C Insurance with London, UK or US Market exposure (Underwriting)
- Proven leadership in Insurance Operations & Service Delivery
- Experience managing large teams (350+) across geographies
- P&L ownership and revenue growth responsibility
- Global client management and stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to transformation initiatives; understanding of Gen AI / digital transformation is highly desirable
Additional Requirements
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-geography environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel between Noida and Gurgaon, as required
