The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing HR operations in all four countries – USA, Canada, India, and Greece. This includes experience in local employment practices, HR compliance, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
The Global Head HR will work closely with the CEO, CXOs, Country Heads, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to build a scalable, high-performance, globally aligned organization supporting TAC Security's continued international growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global HR Strategy
- Develop and execute TAC Security's global HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead HR operations across USA, Canada, India, and Greece.
- Establish standardized global HR policies, processes, systems, and governance.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Build HR strategies to support rapid business and international expansion.
2. Country HR Management
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective HR management across all four countries:
USA
- US employment practices, HR policies, employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave, hiring, and termination.
- Understanding of federal and applicable state employment requirements.
- Employee classification and employment documentation.
Canada
- Canadian employment standards and HR practices.
- Provincial employment requirements.
- Payroll, benefits, leave, employee relations, hiring, and termination.
- Coordination with Canadian payroll and HR partners.
India
- Indian employment and labor regulations.
- Payroll and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, etc., as applicable.
- Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Greece
- Greek employment practices and statutory HR requirements.
- Employment contracts, payroll, benefits, leave, working hours, employee relations, hiring, and exits.
- Coordination with local payroll, HR, and legal advisors.
3. Global Talent Acquisition
- Lead global talent acquisition across Technology, Cybersecurity, Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate functions.
- Develop workforce plans and hiring strategies for USA, Canada, India, and Greece.
- Build leadership and critical-talent pipelines.
- Drive senior-level and CXO hiring.
- Strengthen TAC Security's global employer brand.
- Monitor Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Cost-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
4. Global Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee payroll operations across USA, Canada, India, and Greece.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Work with Finance and external payroll providers.
- Develop global compensation structures and salary bands.
- Conduct country-wise compensation benchmarking.
- Design bonus, incentive, commission, and retention programs.
- Develop executive compensation frameworks.
5. Global HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop and maintain global HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure policies are globally consistent while meeting local legal requirements.
- Maintain country-specific compliance calendars.
- Work closely with Legal and external employment-law advisors.
- Conduct periodic HR compliance reviews.
- Ensure complete employee documentation and HR governance.
6. Performance Management
- Develop and implement a global performance management system.
- Establish KPIs, KRAs, OKRs, appraisal, promotion, increment, and PIP processes.
- Drive a culture of performance and accountability.
- Establish succession planning for critical positions.
- Identify high-potential employees and future leaders.

- Develop employee engagement and retention programs.
- Establish global employee experience initiatives.

8. Learning & Leadership Development
- Develop global learning and development programs.
- Create leadership development programs for managers and senior leaders.
- Identify organizational skill gaps.
- Build career-development and succession frameworks.
- Develop management and leadership capabilities across geographies.
9. Employee Relations
- Manage complex employee-relations matters across countries.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Ensure consistent and professional HR practices.
- Advise leadership on employee-related risks and decisions.
- Maintain a positive and professional workplace environment.
10. HR Technology & Automation
- Drive HR digital transformation across the organization.
- Implement and optimize HRMS, ATS, payroll, performance management, and engagement systems.
- Automate repetitive HR processes.
- Develop HR dashboards and people analytics.
- Use data-driven insights for workforce and business decisions.
11. HR Governance & Reporting
The Global Head HR will prepare and present regular HR dashboards covering:

- Build and lead a high-performing global HR team.

- Develop a culture of ownership, accountability, and business partnership.
Mandatory Experience
- 12-15 years of HR experience, with significant experience in a Global/International HR leadership role.
- Mandatory hands-on HR experience in USA, Canada, India, and Greece.
- Experience managing HR across multiple countries simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of international employment practices and HR compliance.
- Experience managing global payroll and compensation.
- Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Experience handling employee relations and complex HR matters.
- Experience working directly with CEO/CXO-level leadership.
- Experience managing geographically distributed HR teams.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, SaaS, IT Services, or a high-growth multinational company will be strongly preferred.
