Job Description

Job title: Global HRIS Specialist

Department: Group HR_Digital HR Team

Direct Manager: Regional HRIS Team Leader APAC

Mission:

  • Be part of Atlas Copco Group Digital HR Journey to create value for business operations with smart talent development solutions and contribute to their adoption among HR community and end users.
  • Optimize HRIS support while driving automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation across HRIS processes.
  • Act as a hands-on solution expert and transformation driver, improving data quality, automating workflows, and enabling HR teams with digital tools and insights.
  • Drive HRs capability & knowledge to use HR applications at the maximum potential through training and daily interactions.

Responsibilities and objectives:

  • Automation & Process Optimization
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across HRIS processes
  • Build automation using tools such as Power Automate or RPA
  • Standardize and simplify HR processes to reduce manual effort
  • AI Enablement & Digital Innovation
  • Explore and implement AI use cases in HR (e.g., Analytics, Documentation, Process Automation)
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in HRIS operations and support
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and AI trends
  • Promote responsible and secure use of AI across HRIS scope
  • Digital HR Application Support
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Key users by providing timely and thoughtful technical and functional support via Service Desk channels, while continuously building your expertise.
  • Collaborate on HR analytics by preparing dashboards and automated reports and enabling self-service capabilities for local HR teams.
  • Participate in global and regional HRIS projects through data preparation, documentation, system integrations and process automation.
  • Keep learning resources up to date by maintaining documentation such as wiki pages and training guides whenever system changes occur.

Experience requirements & knowledge:

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled HR systems)
  • Experience with Chatbot Coaching & Optimization
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or Workday) or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in participating HRIS related projects is an advantage

Educational requirements:

  • University degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field

  • Collaborative Communicator: Builds strong relationships across HR, IT, and business teams, translating technical concepts into actionable insights
