What You'll Do
You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with administrative HR processes. You'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
. Manage end-to-end operational onboarding for Client Facing Contractors (CFCs), ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
. Perform data entry and risk screening for CFCs in Fieldglass
. Conduct data verification to support vendor onboarding
. Complete vendor onboarding processes in Coupa
. Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
. Follow up with stakeholders for additional or missing information as required
. Maintain trackers and prepare regular reporting for CFCs in progress
. Support a high-profile, client-facing concierge service working closely with Managing Directors, Partners, and case teams
. Handle a high volume of concurrent cases (approximately 120 at any given time) while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
. Effectively manage complex and evolving onboarding scenarios with guidance, ensuring compliance is maintained at all times
. Support a globally expanding concierge model, currently operating across the USA, UK, Belgium, and Amsterdam, with planned global rollout
What You'll Bring
. A graduation degree.
. 1-3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, shared services, or a process-driven role.
. Familiarity with Workday (preferred) or other HR ERP systems.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
. Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment.
. Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
