Global HR Programs Lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of global HR and TA strategic projects
• Redesign HR processes for operational efficiency and better employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to align with business goals
• Establish and maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and risk registers

Key Deliverables:

• Build and deploy a global HR Project Management framework aligned to strategic growth
• Optimize HR Process Architecture to streamline workflows and boost service quality
• Design and implement a Risk Register for proactive mitigation planning
• Deliver change management strategies with guides, playbooks, and adoption support
