German proficiency: B2/C1+ mandatory
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Role: HR Operations Associate – Hire to Retire
Experience: 1–8 years in HR Shared Services (preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Commerce, or a related field
Key skills: HR Helpdesk, Workday, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and employee lifecycle management.
German and English communication skills
Voice and non-voice support
Experience with global clients preferred
Ability to work in 24/7 operations
