Global head of Talent Acquisition and Delivery

Looking for an experienced Global Head of Talent & Delivery to lead our global recruitment strategy, workforce solutions, and delivery operations across the US, UK, India, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of leadership experience in IT staffing, talent acquisition, and global delivery.

Lead global talent acquisition and high-volume IT recruitment.Manage and scale global delivery teams and offshore operations.

Drive recruitment automation using AI and modern technologies.

Oversee workforce planning, operational performance, and client delivery.Lead and mentor recruitment and delivery teams.

Experience managing large teams of 100–250+ resources.

Strong knowledge of Data & AI, Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Life Sciences staffing.

Proven experience in P&L management, business scaling, and process improvements

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
