We're hiring a Global Growth & Commercial Strategy Lead to own and scale the company's commercial engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, market expansion, and growth strategy. You will be responsible for building a predictable revenue motion, expanding into new geographies, and shaping how the organization wins and retains customers globally.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Commercial Strategy & Growth
Define and execute a company-wide commercial growth strategy aligned with revenue, market expansion, and long-term business objectives.

Own revenue growth across new customer acquisition, account expansion, and renewals.

Identify new markets, segments, and opportunities to accelerate growth across regions.

Use data, forecasting, and insights to drive predictable and scalable revenue outcomes.

Sales Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across geographies.

Set clear goals, incentives, and performance benchmarks for sales teams.

Coach and mentor sales managers and individual contributors to exceed targets.

Foster a high-accountability, high-performance sales culture.

Go-To-Market Execution
Own the full commercial lifecyclefrom pipeline creation to deal closure and account growth.

Develop enterprise and mid-market sales motions suited to different customer profiles.

Lead complex deal negotiations and strategic customer engagements.

Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and value articulation across regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align demand generation, campaigns, and messaging with sales priorities.

Partner with Product teams to translate customer insights into roadmap and positioning improvements.

Collaborate with Customer Success to strengthen retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.

Sales Operations & Enablement
Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

Own CRM, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue reporting.

Continuously improve sales efficiency through process optimization and tooling.

Track market trends, competitor movements, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy.

External Representation
Act as a senior commercial representative at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings.

Build long-term relationships with strategic customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

Strong track record of driving consistent revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Experience managing international markets or selling to global customers.

Deep understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and KPIs.

Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in fast-paced environments.

Collaborative, outcome-driven leadership style.

Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup ecosystems.

Exposure to launching new regions, verticals, or enterprise sales motions.

MBA or equivalent business leadership experience.
