Role Overview
We are seeking a senior ERP delivery leader to own global offshore execution across implementations, AMS, and staffing engagements.
This role is responsible for operational discipline, utilization management, margin protection, capacity forecasting, and delivery governance across multiple regions.
This is a leadership position focused on building a high-performance, execution-driven global delivery organization.
Core Responsibilities
Implementation & AMS Delivery Leadership
Own end-to-end offshore execution across ERP implementations and managed services engagements
Ensure delivery quality, timeline adherence, and budget control
Standardize delivery methodologies across implementation and support models
Establish SLA governance for managed services engagements
Utilization & Margin Management
Drive consultant utilization targets across global teams
Monitor project-level and portfolio-level gross margins
Manage bench exposure and proactive staffing adjustments
Build rolling 6090 day capacity forecasts aligned with sales pipeline
Global Delivery Governance
Implement structured delivery dashboards and KPIs
Run weekly operational reviews
Enforce estimation discipline and pricing guardrails
Lead risk mitigation and escalation management
Sales & Staffing Alignment
Validate delivery capacity before new deal closure
Assess skill match and margin viability
Coordinate closely with staffing leadership
Prevent scope creep and overcommitment
Organizational Leadership
Lead and mentor delivery managers and consultants
Build second-line leadership within offshore teams
Establish performance accountability frameworks
Drive a culture of execution, ownership, and transparency
Operational Optimization
Improve workflow efficiency and reporting discipline
Implement structured tools and automation to enhance visibility
Continuously improve delivery performance across regions
Requirements
Required Experience
12+ years in ERP or enterprise consulting delivery
Experience managing offshore teams of 40+ consultants
Direct exposure to implementation and AMS models
Experience serving US clients required
Experience supporting EMEA or APAC engagements preferred
Exposure to Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms
Proven ownership of utilization, margin, and forecasting
