Deutsche Bank's GEM business offers a fully-integrated and global product platform. Our product range includes external debt and Credit Default Swaps (CDS), FX, rates, options and the more complex cross-market derivatives covering multiple EM jurisdictions.

Your key responsibilities

• Deal Pitch books
• Work on marketing material outlining product capabilities and market access solutions
• Build pitch books advising Corporates and Institutional Clients in the GEM landscape on managing FX/Rates risk
• Advisory/Solutioning
• Understanding client requirement and solving for risk management/yield enhancement using structured financing solutions
• Providing alternative structures which enable management of credit and MTM exposures
• Pricing and Automation
• Undertake regular iterations in pricing indicative levels for derivative transactions and structured products
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis for structured products
• Automate pricing and other processes using VBA
• Create/maintain regular pricing runs
• Company Analysis & Opportunity Identification
• Monitoring market and suggesting trade ideas based on relative movement
• Undertake thematic research on topical and strategic focus areas to identify a focus list of prospective clients for pitching hedging and financing solutions (For eg. Exploring Infrastructure players in different Intra-GEM corridors, tracking corporates on the back of cross border M&A/investments, cross-border supply chains such as EV Batteries, etc.

Assist Sales in undertaking company specific business and balance sheet analysis to ascertain relevant product pitching opportunities

Your skills and experience

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills and ability to work with technology solutions
• Preferred 3+ yrs exposure to the finance industry - in Rates / FX / Credit
• Ability to run projects proactively and independently and deliver with minimal supervision
• Ability to work and learn in a multi-dimensional team to cross fertilize ideas across business lines
• Candidate with quantitative and analytical skills, with a structuring or business driven technology background
• Be comfortable with cross-cultural communication
• Quick learner, with a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment and good verbal and written communication skills
