ABOUT BRICK BROWN

Brick Brown is a premium D2C home décor and lifestyle brand selling handcrafted Indian products across India and international markets. We are looking for a sharp, ownership-driven ecommerce professional to grow our international presence.

THE ROLE

Own and grow Brick Brown's international ecommerce channels — marketplaces, paid campaigns, and international D2C sales. You execute independently, explore new platforms, and report on results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimise listings across international marketplaces
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on international channels
• Manage international fulfilment — shipments and stock coordination
• Manage international sales on our D2C website
• Research and onboard new international sales platforms
• Track performance and share weekly reports

WHAT WE NEED

• 3–5 years of hands-on international ecommerce experience — independently owned
• Proven ability to run paid campaigns with measurable results
• Strong written English for international audiences
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram — full-time in-office role

STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Experience across multiple international markets — US, UAE, UK, or similar
• Background in home décor, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Experience onboarding and growing new international platforms
