Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to global customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via call in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information within defined timelines.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 0 months to 1 year of experience in an International BPO/customer service role (preferred).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
