We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented professionals to join our growing International BPO team. As a Global Customer Interaction Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to international clients while maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails
- Address customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining service quality standards
- Understand customer needs and ensure accurate issue resolution
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve escalations
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and computer applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
