As a Market Research Manager at Novo Nordisk, we expect you to work between 2:00PM IST to 10:30PM IST.
Market Research Management: Support and drive the preparation of high-quality market research and manage the MR project portfolio in collaboration with the US Insights and Analytics team.
Project Management: Handle processes such as RFP development, review and management of screeners, questionnaires, SOW submission, contracting, Pharmacovigilance, compliance, and overall project management for both quantitative and qualitative projects.
Customer Insight Analyses: Prepare best-in-class customer insight analyses to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
Internal Collaboration: Assist in developing situation analyses and improve key Market Research processes in the department.
Agency Partnership: Partner with MR agencies to review data, findings, and insights to create meaningful study reports and conclusions.
Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure efficiency and drive optimization of US market research project execution and ensure compliance on all aspects.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders.
Insight Storytelling: Gather and distill research reports into comprehensive insights stories for presentation to brand teams, US, and global leadership.
Presentation Development: Develop presentations with clear storylines, grounded on insights and holistic business concepts, delivering clear conclusions and recommendations.
