Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Global Coupa Technical/Functional Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to design, implement, enhance, and support Coupa solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA. The role involves ownership of Coupa configurations, lifecycle delivery of procurement solutions, integration with SAP and MuleSoft, and driving analytics, reporting, and data-driven improvements across global business operations. The position can be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or remote.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in Coupa configuration, administration, and module functionalities (procurement, sourcing, invoicing).
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA financial table structures, purchasing processes, and integration points with Finance.
- Experience working across full solution lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Expertise in Coupa platform, Coupa Marketplace products, and SAP/COUPA analytics and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of data processing, building scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, and real-time/batch data solutions.
- Experience with API development (REST/GraphQL) and integration with SAP/MuleSoft.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
- Experience with Ariba.
- Experience with integration platforms and B1.
- Experience working with offshore or near-shore teams.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise procurement transformation projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Coupa Functional/Technical Consultant or Lead.
- Proven experience supporting global technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Experience designing Coupa architecture, managing major functional upgrades, and driving E2E solution flows.
- Ability to automate and streamline data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, able to work under pressure with shifting priorities, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
