Role Purpose
Own and drive high-impact global initiatives in BRICS countries and bridging emerging market trends (e.g., in India, China, Brazil) with worldwide audiences. They lead cross-cultural campaigns, ensuring brand narratives are locally resonant but globally scalable, while driving content localization, strategic partnerships, and structural innovation across highly diverse territories - including originals, co-productions and market prioritisation - aligned to the company's global growth and storytelling ambitions.
Will be the visionary architect of the company's brand presence and content strategy across the BRICS+ and global markets. You will fuse the vibrant, mobile-first, and rapidly expanding creative economies of the Global South with premium, world-class entertainment.
Location - This job role is open to candidates from all BRICS location (Brazil, Russia, South Africa, China etc)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of international content initiatives, including global originals, co-productions, adaptations, and format localization focussing on BRCIS countries.
- BRICS Market Adaptation: Ensure campaigns resonate with diverse regional socio-economic landscapes (e.g., the booming animation/VFX talent in India, the vast internet populations in China/Brazil, and shifting youth consumer power).
- Creative Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire multidisciplinary teams (writers, visual artists, producers, directors) across international hubs to maintain boutique design quality on a global, high-volume scale.
- Partner with creative, commissioning, and programming teams to shape globally resonant yet locally authentic content strategies
- Evaluate content opportunities through a creative, cultural, and commercial lens, driving greenlight decisions and prioritization
- Lead international market entry and expansion initiatives, covering market assessment, content relevance, localization strategy, and execution
- Translate global vision into actionable roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, KPIs, and outcomes
- Build and manage relationships with global and local studios, producers, distributors, platforms, and strategic partners
- Drive co-production and partnership negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
