Role Description

This is a commission - based remote role for a Global Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying prospective clients and markets, managing relationships with international buyers, and driving sales growth for export-ready brands. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring outstanding customer service to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of international trade, export processes, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and understanding global market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and in cross-cultural environments
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience in the export industry, especially in sustainable agriculture or related fields, is highly desirable
