Job Description

  • Develop and execute a global IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of advanced IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.

  • Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management practices are adhered to across the organization.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP-IT (CIO, Confidential) should have:

  • 18+ years of experience in global information technology and digital transformation
  • Proven expertise in leading IT strategy and operations within the Chemical Industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale IT projects successfully.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • A forward-thinking approach to adopting and implementing emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
