Overview:
VinFast is seeking a Global Charging Service Management professional to lead the development and execution of our global EV charging strategy. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless, innovative, and customer-centric charging experience across international markets, while expanding and optimizing VinFast's global charging network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement VinFast's global EV charging service strategy across international markets
- Conduct research on market trends, legal frameworks, competitors, and advanced charging technologies
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to expand public charging networks globally
- Oversee operations of charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage collaborations (technology, service, home & public charging solutions) to enhance charging experience
- Design and execute charging programs supporting sales, marketing, and aftersales
- Coordinate cross-functionally to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate and improve service quality and customer experience across markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive, EV Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EV charging, smart mobility, or related services
- Strong understanding of EVs, battery systems, and charging technologies
- In-depth knowledge of global charging networks, regulations, and ecosystem
- Strong business analysis, planning, and multi-market operation skills
- Proven ability to build partnerships and negotiate contracts
- Leadership and project management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for sustainability, EVs, and clean energy
