Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships
    • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and partnerships with CROs across geographies.
    • Negotiate business associations, contracts, and cost structures for analytical services.
    • Align and implement global category strategies at local/site level.
    • Working across geography for swift collaboration and managing global suppliers and managing the risk
    • Contract Management
    • Lead negotiations for CDA, MSA, and task orders with suppliers.
    • Finalize rate cards and ensure consistent application of contracts across business units.
    • Manage strategic sub-category supplier relationships, implementing KPIs and monitoring performance.
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work closely with scientific teams to understand requirements and translate them into sourcing solutions.
    • Engage with partners via teleconferences or face-to-face meetings to ensure alignment.
    • Provide input into category segmentation and supplier relationship strategies.
    • Understand technical requirements and business need and able to prioritize the
    • Performance & Continuous Improvement
    • Supervise implementation of sourcing plans and deliver savings
    • Collect supplier information and feedback to support procurement scorecard metrics.
    • Resolve supplier performance risks/issues promptly to ensure end-user satisfaction.
    • Support colleagues in continuous improvement through testing and evaluation of category initiatives.
    • Operational Scope
    • Oversee contracts and procurement spend across multiple business units (Pharma spend $25–35m$;).
    • Manage distribution of marketing samples where applicable.
Essential Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

    • Education: MSc/ Pharm,/ MBA optional – Good business acumen
    • Experience: 6–12 years in sourcing, procurement, or category management (preferably in pharma/analytical services).
    • Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across boundaries.
    • Cross-cultural experience and agility in managing major organizational change.
    • Proven expertise in operations management, project management, and execution.
    • Business acumen with ability to represent the organization effectively.
