This is not a traditional job opening.

This is an Index Call for Operatif's Global Capability Center (GCC) Bench, used by Private Equity and Growth Equity funds to identify leaders who can step into portfolio companies and build, scale, or restructure offshore and nearshore operating hubs.

We are building a high-fidelity layer of GCC Executives, Site Leads, and Managing Directors calibrated for high-stakes environments where cross-border operations directly impact margin expansion, product velocity, and enterprise value.

The Operator We Are Indexing We index operations and technology leaders operating at the GCC Head / Managing Director / VP Operations / CXOs scope, including:

• Leaders who have built 01 offshore capability centers for global enterprises or PE-backed assets.
• Site Directors who have scaled existing GCCs, driving massive talent acquisition without compromising delivery quality or culture.
