Global Business Development Head - Irrigation & Agricultural Technology
India's agriculture is going global and we are building the next global irrigation brand from India.
We are looking for a Head Global Business Development with 20+ years of hardcore experience in Irrigation & Agricultural Manufacturing to lead and scale our international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale exports across Africa, Middle East, LATAM & other high-growth markets
Develop a strong global distributor network
Lead international certifications, compliance & market entry
Build systems, SOPs & a high-performance export team
Improve margins and establish structured global payment mechanisms
Ideal Profile:
20+ years of experience in irrigation/agri exports
Proven track record of scaling export revenue
Strong global distributor network
Deep understanding of drip & sprinkler markets
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
Builder mindset, not just an operator
Only candidates who have personally built export business from 20 Cr to 100 Cr+ should apply.
