Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Sales Support
• Interact with domestic or international buyers via email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable diamond stones
• Share quotations, availability, and product details
• Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into orders
New Business Development
• Reach out to potential buyers and generate new leads
• Send introductory proposals and company information
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups
Deal Coordination
• Coordinate pricing, negotiations, and delivery timelines
• Work closely with inventory, production, and logistics teams
• Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hindi is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized and proactive in follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Experience:
• Natural diamonds, jewellery, gems & stones
• Export sales or international client handling
• B2B trading or manufacturing industries
