We are a fresh startup team building the commercial operating infrastructure for cross-border commerce across platforms like WONE Global (woneglobal.org) and World Law Alliance (worldlawalliance.com). A core pillar of our corporate growth is scaling a fresh India-born brand globally through UNBOUNDED (unboundedglobal.com)—our year-round Global Business Circuit™ and elite international assembly for global corporate leaders and managing partners, including the upcoming The Paris Assembly™ 2027.

The Role & Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking high-energy, commercially driven business development and marketing professionals who want to sit at the absolute foundation of a global business network.

As an Associate, you will actively own the outreach pipeline for our international platform memberships and drive high-ticket sponsorship and delegate acquisition for our global assemblies, including UNBOUNDED.

Key Competencies

• High-Impact Communication: Flawless English communication skills with a natural ability to pitch high-value corporate concepts, handle objections, and build international relationships.
• Commercial Drive: A strong focus on revenue generation, international brand outreach, pipeline data management, and strategic B2B event marketing.
• Startup Maturity: The ability to work independently in a lean 3-to-5 person team environment without manual supervision, managing global outreach across multiple time zones.

Structure & Growth Track

• Work Setup: Full-time from our small office in South Delhi (6-day working week with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
• Progression: A highly structured career path built around verified performance milestones. We operate an initial short-term training and evaluation period, leading into standard operational bands, with long-term performance-linked equity options for core builders.
