What You'll Do
Be part of a team that is transforming BCG's digital transformation through analytics and data! We are BCG's Enterprise Services Business Intelligence & Analytics function that simplifies and automates information delivery-providing advanced insights and analysis to support decision making. To date, the team has launched and operationalized dozens of global-scale products and dashboards, enhancing how our leaders engage in information to manage the business. The next wave of digital reporting is underway which will help to unlock further value for BCG's leadership and functions with best-in-class business intelligence and analytics.
The Business Intelligence & Analytics BI Developer Chapter Lead will work as an integral part of an Agile team leading innovation on digital new solutions and products that deliver insights and analytics to help BCG's leadership make informed and better decisions. You will lead a team that is responsible for architecting, designing, and managing a suite of digital reports, dashboards and analytic products that will be leveraged globally by our business leaders and executive teams to understand and act on data-driven insights. You will help to creatively solve BCG's most challenging problems at the intersection of data and technology, deploying best practices on analytics, security, scalability, and performance. You will provide thought leadership for BI design, technology and analytic approaches and help define best practices and standards for reusable BI assets that will be utilized across the organization. As the BI landscape evolves with AI-driven analytics and automation, this role will be at the forefront of identifying, piloting, and integrating new capabilities into our analytics ecosystem.

Act as the senior point of accountability for front-end analytics architecture, standards, and best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6-10 BI / visualization developers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.
Establish skill development paths in areas such as data modeling for BI, advanced visualization, UX design, and emerging AI-enabled analytics.
Build a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
Provide thought leadership on BI & Analytic technology and analytic approaches that can be leveraged at enterprise level to uplift analytic capabilities across the organization
