About This Role

We're looking for a Sales individual contributor who can manage the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. This role is focused on driving new business while working closely with internal teams to identify and convert opportunities.

You'll operate in an unstructured environment, working across stakeholders and markets. The role requires strong execution, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to engage with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for sales calls by conducting market and prospect research, identifying business needs, and building tailored sales decks/pitches.
  • Lead prospective client conversations, deliver compelling pitches, negotiate commercials, and close new business deals.
  • Present Xoxoday products as solutions to prospective clients business challenges and objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure for new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across international markets.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintain an accurate sales forecast.
  • Engage in consistent follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel to drive conversions.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions to manage complex sales opportunities.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates on pipeline movement and performance.
  • Be flexible to work across different shifts and time zones to cater to global markets and customer requirements.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS/B2B sales, with proven success in hunting new business and closing deals.
  • Mandatory exposure to international markets/global sales with experience handling clients across geographies.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles independently.
  • Ability to build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership.
  • Great team player who enjoys working in small, fast-paced teams and delivering results every day.
  • Strong listening skills and an interest in consultative selling techniques.
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality of work.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in different shifts/time zones based on business requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Rewards, Loyalty, Fintech, API-led solutions, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Experience selling into enterprise/global accounts.
