Position: Global Admission Officer
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Global Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international admissions process and visa processing, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end admission processes for international universities and institutional partners.
Manage application documentation and admission formalities.
Provide Guidance for visa processing and related documentation requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with foreign delegates, university representatives, and international partners.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, universities, eligibility, and admission requirements.
Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-ups with partner institutions and stakeholders.
Build and main, attend workshops in professional relationships with international partners and delegates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in international admissions and visa processing.
Good knowledge of study abroad destinations including:
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• United States
• European countries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience interacting and coordinating with foreign delegates/university representatives.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in handling international admission documentation and partner coordination.
Prior experience in overseas education/admission operations will be an added advantage
