Position Overview
AVASO Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Global Account Manager with a proven network and established relationships in the IT services industry, particularly across multinational enterprises, OEMs, distributors, and global integrators.
As the owner of large global accounts and driver of new business, the Global Account Manager leads customer engagement, large-deal pursuits, and cross-functional orchestration. The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge, a strong professional network, strategic thinking, and hands-on commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned large global accounts — developing and executing multi-year account plans covering revenue growth, relationship strategy, and full service portfolio expansion across geographies.
- Leverage an established industry network of contacts across multinational enterprises, OEMs, distributors and global integrators to accelerate pipeline creation, account penetration and new opportunity identification.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal of key contracts — acting as the primary commercial escalation point for all account matters and ensuring delivery alignment at all stages.
- Drive net new logo acquisition using an established professional network — proactively uncovering new opportunities, qualifying them rigorously against AVASO's ICP, and driving early-stage commercial engagement.

- Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, IT services competitive landscape, customer technology priorities, and global field services industry trends to identify and prioritize the highest-potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships at Director to C-Suite level within customer organization's — acting as a trusted strategic advisor who understands customer challenges, priorities, and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Provide market and customer insights to influence AVASO's service catalogue, GTM strategy, and competitive positioning — acting as a voice of the customer internally across product, delivery, and marketing functions.
- Lead multi-country RFP responses and complex commercial proposals — managing pricing assumptions, commercial models, margin governance, negotiation strategy, and all internal approval processes.
- Drive governance around opportunity approvals, pricing sign-off, contract compliance, and deal risk — preparing executive dashboards covering revenue performance, renewals, and risk areas for senior leadership.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecast governance in Salesforce — ensuring opportunity qualification discipline, accurate stage progression, and up-to-date deal values and close dates at all times.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Solutioning, Delivery, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Marketing throughout deal cycles — driving alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of all commercial commitments
