Position: - Global Loan Operation – Agency Loan (Middle Office )

Job Location: - Chennai( Perungudi World Trade Center)

Shift :- Afternoon Shift - 1.30 pm to 10.15 pm 5 Days Work from office

Job Responsibility: -

Agency Loan Servicing and Transaction Processing

1. Support validation and input of Agency Loan transactions in loan systems such as ACBS / Loan IQ.
2. Assist with draw downs, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, rate settings, interest, and fee processing.
3. Support lender allocation calculations and preparation of borrower and lender notices using approved templates.
4. Assist with deal and facility setup, static data maintenance, and document updates based on authorized instructions.
5. Support cash movement requests and non-STP payment processing under guidance and within applicable cut-offs.
6. Acknowledge and respond to routine internal and external queries within agreed timelines.

Notice, Cash, and Reconciliation Management

1. Monitor incoming borrower and lender communications and update control logs.
2. Escalate missing instructions, funds, notices, approvals, or data discrepancies promptly.
3. Assist with cash, principal, interest, fee, and lender-share reconciliations.
4. Support investigation of past dues, unapplied cash, and routine outstanding items.

Governance & Control

1. Follow SOPs, maker-checker controls, approval requirements, and authorization limits.
2. Maintain complete transaction evidence, checklists, correspondence, and audit trails.
3. Submit transactions for review and approval within agreed timelines.
4. Provide accurate end-of-day status for assigned queues and outstanding items.
5. Complete mandatory training and actively build Agency Loan product and process knowledge.

Mandate skills and knowledge: -

• Basic understanding of Agency Loans and the role of an agent bank.
• Awareness of core lifecycle events including draw downs, repayments, rollovers, rate settings, interest, and fees.
• Working knowledge of approved loan systems, including ACBS / Loan IQ where applicable.
• Understanding of SOPs, SLAs, maker-checker controls, and operational cut-offs.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and authorized instructions precisely.
• Basic numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to escalate issues promptly and work effectively within a team.

Qualification:- Bachelor of Commerce / Master of Business Administration

Experience:- Relevant 7 Years to 10 Years
