Job Description

  • Drive timely and accurate month-end closures, ensuring comprehensive general ledger finalization and integrity.
  • Prepare and report annual financials for APAC and EMEA regions as per IFRS within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate statutory audits and ensure timely closures.
  • Schedule key milestones (Board meetings, audit sign-offs) and align internal teams.
  • Drive timely and accurate month-end closures across finance functions.
  • Maintain clean and compliant books of accounts.
  • Liaise with Group controllers for consolidation reporting.
  • Ensure statutory compliance across applicable regulations.
  • Implement process improvements and automation.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances with timely sign-offs.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA is a must with 15+ years of experience
  • Prior experience in APAC or EMEA region is a must
  • Strong GL Accounting background
  • Practical knowledge of IndAS, IGAAP and IFRS required
  • Understanding of the Accounting and MIS Systems
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Team size of 10+ managed in the past
