Responsibilities :
Oversee the design and implementation of analytics solutions using Analytics Hub and Adobe Analytics to support business objectives.
Provide actionable insights by analyzing complex datasets and generating comprehensive reports that align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure seamless integration of analytics tools into workflows.
Monitor and optimize analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and data visualization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain the integrity and security of analytics systems.
Train and mentor team members on analytics tools and methodologies to enhance their technical capabilities and performance.
Conduct regular audits of analytics systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on analytics strategies and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities and offerings.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics techniques for business growth.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to analytics tools and reporting systems.
Collaborate with leadership to align analytics initiatives with the companys strategic vision and objectives. Qualifications -
Possess strong expertise in Analytics Hub and Adobe Analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization and reporting techniques to effectively communicate insights.
Have a solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Showcase strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as data analytics computer science or information systems.
