Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
GIS Solution Manager to lead end-to-end GIS solutioning, design, and implementation for infrastructure and urban development projects. This role involves translating client requirements into scalable, efficient GIS solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GIS solution design, architecture, and implementation using Esri ArcGIS Suite
- Translate client requirements into robust technical workflows and system designs
- Manage geospatial databases, data models, and application integrations
- Oversee project execution, QA/QC processes, and delivery timelines
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to GIS teams
- Support client engagements, proposals, and technical presentations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in GIS solutioning, design, and project delivery
- Strong expertise in ArcGIS, QGIS, and enterprise GIS platforms
- Proven experience in end-to-end GIS project management and stakeholder handling
- Solid understanding of spatial data models, QA/QC processes, and GIS standards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or urban development projects is preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geology, Geoinformatics, GIS, or related disciplines
Preferred Certifications
- Esri Technical Certification (ArcGIS Desktop / ArcGIS Enterprise)
- Certification in GIS / Geospatial Technologies
- PMP / PRINCE2 (preferred for project management exposure)
